How To Set Up BWIG's Web Based Email To Automatically Delete Email Marked as Spam
1. Log into your BWIG email account at http://mail.bwig.net
2. Click ACTION in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Then click on the “Manage Mail Rules” menu on the left side of the screen
4. From the Rules page select “Add New Rule” to create a new filter
5. On the Add Rule page in the “Rule Name” enter a name “such as SPAM”
6. In the “Add the Rule Conditions” click the “Conditions Editor” button
7. In the Rule Conditions pop up screen in “Where” choose “Header” from the drop down
menu.
8. Click the “Contains” radio button.
9. In the “Search” box enter X-IMAIL-SPAM
10. Click on Add Condition.
11. Click the "Or" radio button.
12. Click on "Add Condition" again.
13. In the Rule Conditions pop up screen in “Where” choose “Header” from the drop down
menu.
14. Click the “Contains” radio button.
15. In the “Search” box enter X-CTCH-SPAM
16. Click on Add Condition.
17. Click the "Or" radio button.
18. Click on "Add Condition" again.
19. In the Rule Conditions pop up screen in “Where” choose “Header” from the drop down
menu.
20. Click the “Contains” radio button.
21. In the “Search” box enter X-IPS-SPAM
22. Click on Add Condition.
23. Click on the "Save" button.
24. At the Add/Edit Rule page, item 3 “Set the action to take when conditions listed
above are met”, the “Action Type” can be “Move to mailbox” and enter a target
mailbox below or “Delete”
25. Click on Save at the top of the screen
How To Set Up BWIG's Web Based Email To Automatically move Email Marked as Spam To Spam Folder
1. Log into your BWIG email account at http://mail.bwig.net
2. Click ACTION in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Then click on the “Manage Mail Rules” menu on the left side of the screen
4. From the Rules page select “Add New Rule” to create a new filter
5. On the Add Rule page in the “Rule Name” enter a name “such as SPAM”

23. Click on the "Save" button.
24. At the Add/Edit Rule page, item 3 “Set the action to take when conditions listed
above are met”, the “Action Type” should be set to “Move to mailbox” and enter a target
mailbox below like SPAM FOLDER.
25. Click on Save at the top of the screen
How To Set up Outlook Express to Receive E-Mail Captured in Spam Folder
1) Open Outlook Express
2) Click on the Tools menu
2) Choose Accounts from Tools Menu.
3) On the Mail Tab click add and choose “Mail”
4) Enter a display name like “spam” and click next
5) In the E-Mail address box enter “youraddress”@bwig.net
6) Click next
7) Select POP3 for incoming mail server
8) Both incoming and out going servers are mail.bwig.net
9) Next
10) Account name is “youraddress”@bwig.net-spam
11) Enter your password
12) Click Finish
13) You should now receive the items in the spam mailbox
14) Be sure that your original email is still the default as this is where your mail will be sent from.
