When I use my hub or switch I can only connect one computer to the Internet at a time.

The EUM3000 limits the number of users that can connect to the Internet using DHCP.  By default the modem limits the number of computers to 1.  If you need to allow access for more than one computer, and you are using a hub or switch (not a router), contact our office and we can reconfigure your modem remotely to allow more computers to access the Internet.  Our Helpdesk number is 763-684-5423 or fill out the online support request.
